Karki re-elected TAN President

Kathmandu - Kumar Karki has been re-elected unanimously President of Trade Association Nepal (TAN). TAN's 27th General Convention that concluded on Wednesday night picked Karki as its president. 

Others elected as its Vice President include Hari Gautam, Mahendra Kumar Rayamajhi, Gopi Chandra Agrawal, Shyam Sundar Rungata and Giriraj Pokharel. 

Likewise, Krishna Prasad Adhikari has been chosen as General Secretary. Rukmini Sedain, Ram Sharan Timalsina, Pawan Kumar Agrawal, Sumit Pradhan, Komal Kumar Shrestha have been picked as secretary, while Sobit Thapa was elected treasurer. 

Chef Bahadur Thapa was elected deputy treasurer. Talking to media-persons after the victory, the newly elected TAN President Karki pledged to fight for the welfare of the whole business community.
