Though the snowfall occurred here for 15 times has immoderately toughened the life, no human and animal casualties have been reported to the date, said CDO Dhungana.

Normal life of people from Dolpa, Mugu and Jumla districts is also found very complicated due to snowfall.
It has also caused disruption of air and land transport services in the mountainous districts of Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces. Besides, the government offices, schools, industries and non-government offices have also been closed down due to freezing temperature.
