New Political Party Formation Underway: Dhaval Shamsher Rana and Durga Prasai Unite

Kathmandu. The Dhaval Shamsher Rana group, which has separated from the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), and the Mahabhiyan led by medical businessman Durga Prasai are intensifying preparations to announce a new political party. A press conference was organized on Sunday to provide information about the preparations underway between Prasai, the coordinator of the 'Nation, Nationality, Religion, Culture and Citizen Protection Mahabhiyan', and the Rana group for the formation of a new party.

According to the leaders, the new party will likely take formal shape by the first week of the upcoming Ashad. While the groundwork for the formation of the new party is progressing rapidly, preliminary understanding has also been reached regarding who will lead the party.

According to former minister Dilnath Giri, an agreement has been reached for Dhaval Shamsher Rana to lead the organizational structure of the new party. Similarly, an understanding has been reached between the two sides to present Prasai, the coordinator of the campaign, as the 'Universally Recognized Leader' of the party.

The political circle is keenly observing the announcement of a new party by the group that separated from the RPP and Prasai's Mahabhiyan, which has been conducting street protests with the agenda of a Hindu nation and monarchy, standing together.
