Rastriya Swatantra Party Organizes Interaction with Nepali Lawmakers in South Korea

Seoul. An interaction program between migrant Nepalis and House of Representatives members Deepak Bohara and Basumaya Tamang was held on the initiative of the Foreign Nepali Contact Department, South Korea of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).

Nepalis from various professions and sectors participated in the program organized in Seoul's Jongno area. Participants shared their views on the challenges faced during foreign employment, labor rights, government services, issues related to Nepal, and the contribution of migrant Nepalis.

After listening to the questions, suggestions, and complaints raised by the participants, the two MPs pledged to take those issues to the concerned bodies and initiate efforts for their resolution. They emphasized the need for continuous dialogue and cooperation with Nepalis living abroad, expressing the view that the experiences of the migrant community would be important for policy-making.

According to the organizers, participants expressed confidence that this program, focused on question-and-answer and open discussion, would help bring the relationship between migrant Nepalis and Nepal's political leadership closer.
