Pokhara Police Seize 18 Motorcycles for Noise Pollution

Pokhara. Under Operation 365, conducted by the District Police Office Kaski and its subordinate bodies, an additional 18 motorcycles that were altering their form to cause noise pollution have been taken under control by the police from various locations in Pokhara.

According to the police, these vehicles were taken under control and necessary action processes have been initiated during checks conducted in various areas of Pokhara Metropolitan City on Wednesday night.

During the process of taking vehicles under control, a police team deployed from Ward Police Office Baidam took 11 motorcycles under control from the Lakeside, Damside, Birauta, and Chorepatan areas. Similarly, a police team deployed from Ward Police Office Bagar took 7 motorcycles under control from the Baglung Buspark and Harichok areas.

According to the Information Officer and Deputy Superintendent of Police of the District Police Office Kaski, Birendra Kumar Paswan, under the campaign being conducted by Kaski Police, 740 vehicles and 36 individuals have been taken under control and action has been taken so far.
