CPN-UML Deputy General Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai States Now is Not the Right Time to Change Provincial Governments

Kathmandu. CPN-UML Deputy General Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai has stated that it is not appropriate to change the provincial governments at present. He also questioned who and why is making changes to the provincial governments at the end of their term.

'Changing provincial governments that are at the end of their term is not appropriate. Why, who, and for what purpose is this being done? This needs to be investigated,' leader Bhattarai wrote on social media, 'This has revealed instability and lust for power.'

Bhattarai, who is also a former minister, stated that the current preparations and actions of the parties changing the provincial governments are reinforcing the same views that were expressed by the public about the old parties and old leadership yesterday.

'In such a situation, the party should sit in a meeting and move forward with a collective conclusion, but the attitude is the same as before,' Bhattarai questioned the leadership.
