Wife Dies After Husband's Beating in Kanchanpur

Kanchanpur. A wife has died due to her husband's beating in Kanchanpur. The husband has been arrested by the police after the incident.

At Fagire Chauraha of Dodharachandani Municipality-10, 45-year-old Ran Bahadur Sunar beat his 42-year-old wife Paru Sunar. She was treated at Dodharachandani Hospital after being injured in the beating. Paru, who was discharged from the hospital only on Wednesday, died on Thursday morning, police said.

Following her death, the husband Ran Bahadur has been arrested by the Area Police Office, Dodhara. Police said that he has been taken into custody and further investigation is underway.
