House of Representatives Meeting Scheduled for 11 AM

Kathmandu. The meeting of the House of Representatives under the Federal Parliament is scheduled to be held today. The agenda for the meeting, which will begin at 11 AM, includes the presentation of annual reports and proposals for discussion on various bills.

Under the management work, two important annual reports will be presented to the House by Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Sobita Gautam on behalf of Prime Minister Balen Shah. Minister Gautam will present the Attorney General's annual report and the 35th annual report of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority to the House.

Various new bills will be registered and taken up for discussion in the House today under management work.

Law Minister Sobita Gautam will present a proposal seeking permission to present the National Service Corps Bill, 2083, and will present the bill to the House. She will also present the proposal for consideration of the Bill to revive the former provisions of the Nepal Special Service Act, 2042, Bill, 2083.

Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has an agenda to present a proposal to send the Nepal Rastra Bank (Third Amendment) Bill, 2083 to the relevant committee for clause-wise discussion.

Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Khadak Raj Poudel will present a proposal to send the Tourism Bill, 2082, originating in the National Assembly, to the relevant committee for clause-wise discussion.
