Traffic Police Remove Tinted Glass from Home Minister and Secretary's Cars

Kathmandu. Traffic police have removed the black glass from the cars used by the Home Minister and the Home Ministry's secretary. A team dispatched from the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office removed the black sticker installed on the glass of the government vehicles used by Home Minister Sudhan Gurung and Secretary Rajkumar Shrestha. 

DSP Suniljung Shah reached Singha Durbar to remove the black glass stickers. The spokesperson (joint secretary) of the Home Ministry, Anand Kafle, told Ratopati that the traffic police were called to remove the black glass.

Traffic police have been removing stickers from black glass installed on vehicles since Sunday. SP Naresh Subedi, Information Officer at the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, told Ratopati that a campaign has been launched to remove black glass stickers installed on private and public vehicles operating in the valley.

Home Minister Gurung had gone to the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office on Monday and asked to remove the glass from his car as well. He has instructed the traffic police to intensify the campaign to remove black glass.
