Lamahi Municipality Announces Four-Day Summer Holiday for Schools Due to Excessive Heat

Dang. Lamahi Municipality has decided to give four days of summer holiday in community and institutional schools within the municipality due to the recent excessive heat. As per the decision of the Municipal Education Committee, holidays have been given from Ashar 9 to 12 in the schools.

The municipality has stated that the decision was made keeping in mind the potential adverse effects on students' health due to the current high temperature and increasing heat. The notice issued by the Education Branch of Lamahi Municipality mentions that the summer holiday has been decided to be deducted from the annual leave. The notice also states that all concerned schools have been informed accordingly.
