Kathmandu. Kathmandu Metropolitan City is to provide citizenship and national identity card at home. Presenting the budget for the financial year 2083/84 on Thursday, the metropolis has also mentioned the operation of youth-centric self-employment programs in the coming financial year.

 '10 crore rupees have been allocated for this. Similarly, the necessary budget has been allocated for the Navayuba Sahayarya and program.

Budget has been arranged to construct a monument with the names of Gen Z martyrs and martyred police,' said Deputy Mayor Sunita Dangol in the budget proposed, 'For disabled persons, incapacitated persons, and Kathmandu residents unable to walk due to age, necessary budget has been arranged to provide citizenship and national identity card at home in coordination with the concerned bodies.'
