Laborer Dies Buried in Sand at Road Construction Site in Dang

Dang. A laborer died after being buried in sand dumped by an excavator in Dang. Gadawa-based Area Police Office stated that 45-year-old Lalmani Yadav of Gadawa Rural Municipality-2, who was working at the Deukhuri Kalakate-Sikta Hulaki road construction site, died after being buried in sand dumped by an excavator.

Excavator driver Anilkumar Tharu dumped sand at the bitumen preparation site. He performed his duty assuming no laborers were present at the location. The police have taken him under control.
