USA Leads Paraguay 3-0 at Halftime in FIFA World Cup Qualifier

Kathmandu. In their first match of FIFA World Cup Football 2026 under Group 'D', host USA has taken an impressive 3-0 lead against Paraguay in the first half. In this competition taking place at the Los Angeles Stadium, USA has maintained its dominance in the game from the beginning.

USA took the initial lead in the 7th minute of the game from an own goal by Paraguay's defender D. Bobadilla. After that, forward Folarin Balogun performed excellently, doubling and tripling the team's lead.
