Parliament Session Begins; Opposition Protests, Speaker Grants Floor to Harkaraj Rai

Kathmandu. The House of Representatives meeting has started. As soon as Speaker Dolprasad Aryal started the meeting, MPs from the opposition parties stood up from their seats.

Immediately after, the Speaker gave time to speak to Harkaraj Rai, Chairman of the Shram Sanskriti Party.

Speaking in the meeting, Chairman Rai said that Prime Minister Balendra Shah should come to parliament and clarify his statement that Nepal has encroached on India's border.
