Actor Maotse Gurung's Film 'Pension Patta' to Release in UK and Hong Kong

Kathmandu. Actor Maotse Gurung's directorial film 'Pension Patta' is also set to be released in Britain and Hong Kong. The production unit has informed that Sapan Entertainment Limited has taken the exhibition rights for Britain and Main Dragon Limited for Hong Kong.

The film, which is scheduled to be released in Nepal on the occasion of Haritalika Teej on the coming Bhadra 26, does not have a fixed release date for Britain and Hong Kong. Director Gurung, who is also the writer of the film, said that there has been demand for the film from other countries as well.

The film, featuring actors Rai, Sunil Thapa, Pashupati Rai, Gaumaya Gurung, Buddhi Tamang, Wilson Bikram Rai, Sunil Thapa, Sol Gurung, Raj Thapa Kaunchha, Manoj Gurung, Anusha Rai, Luniva Tuladhar, Biswas Gurung, Maya Gurung, Yasili Limbu, Kubina Gurung, DB Gurung and Pratisksha Gurung, has been produced under the banner of Maotse Gurung Films.

The film, based on the story of ex-Lahure, has been invested by Min Konme Gurung (UK), Bhoj Bahadur Gurung (UK), Maya Gurung (Hong Kong) and Sapana Gurung. The cinematography of the film has been done by Sushant Prajapati and the editing by Keiyar Koich. The film is being distributed nationwide by Rohit Kandel and Ratna Shrestha's RR Films.
