50 Inmates Suffer From Viral Fever in Bharatpur Prison

Chitwan. 50 inmates of Bharatpur Prison have been affected by viral fever.

According to the District Prison Chief Rabindra Dhungana, this problem has been seen in 50 inmates so far. He said, "Five to seven people are getting affected by viral fever daily. The problem is increasing daily."

Currently, there are 712 inmates in the prison. Its capacity is 600. Although there is a system to keep 50 women and 550 men here, more prisoners than capacity are being kept.

Those affected by viral fever have been kept in a separate room and treated. The Chief Dhungana said that medicines have been managed with the help of the District Public Health Office and Bharatpur Metropolitan City.
