AI Company Anthropic Prepares for IPO, Potential $1 Trillion Valuation

California. American artificial intelligence (AI) company Anthropic is preparing for an initial public offering (IPO) on Monday. The company has announced that it has secretly started the registration process with the US stock regulator SEC. This move has opened the way for the company to enter the stock market and its valuation is estimated to reach around one trillion US dollars.

The company has not yet disclosed how many shares it will sell or what price it will set. However, the registration process has moved the company towards becoming a public company. Anthropic is one of the three major AI companies expected to go public this year. OpenAI and SpaceX are also planning to launch IPOs.

Anthropic's valuation has increased significantly this year. The valuation, which was around 380 billion US dollars in February, is said to have reached 965 billion US dollars by May.

The company has also made multi-billion dollar deals through various technology partnerships. In April, Anthropic committed to using over $100 billion worth of infrastructure from Amazon Web Services (AWS). This infrastructure will be used for operating and training the company's popular AI assistant 'Claude'.
