Government Allocates NPR 85.54 Billion for Energy Sector, NPR 5.93 Billion for Information and Communication

Kathmandu. The government has allocated NPR 85.54 billion for the construction of energy production, transmission, and distribution lines.

Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle stated this while presenting the budget for the fiscal year 2083/84 in Parliament.

The government has allocated NPR 5.93 billion for the information and communication sector.

Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle informed about the allocation of the said budget through the budget speech for the upcoming fiscal year on Friday.
