Government Simplifies Company Dissolution Process

Kathmandu. The government has adopted a policy of making the process of exiting a business as simple as starting one, in order to create an investment-friendly environment in the country.

Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle announced in the annual budget for the fiscal year 2083/084, presented in the Federal Parliament, that the company dissolution process will be made hassle-free and easy.

Previously, entrepreneurs faced problems because closing a company used to take years and involved legal complexities.
