Pokhara Metropolitan City Demolishes Structures on Phirke Riverbank

Pokhara. Pokhara Metropolitan City has started operating a bulldozer on structures built within the riverbank of the Phirke River, which flows through the middle of the market. The Metropolitan City has operated a bulldozer to remove those structures built by encroaching on public land.

Currently, the structures have started to be demolished from the Lions Club building near Sirjana Chowk. The Metropolitan City had given a 35-day deadline to remove those structures. The deadline ended on Saturday.
