Chief Minister Kandels Draws PM Shahs Attention to Humla-Bajura Border Dispute

Surkhet. Karnali Chief Minister Yamlal Kandel has drawn the attention of Prime Minister Balendra Shah regarding the border dispute seen in the Lampata area, a border region between Humla district of Karnali Province and Bajura district of Sudurpaschim Province.

In a letter written to Prime Minister Shah on Thursday, it was mentioned that due to the border dispute that has arisen for the past few days, conflict among its citizens has increased, peace and security have been disturbed, and daily life has been affected.

Kandel, in the letter written to Prime Minister Shah, also emphasized the need to take necessary precautions to prevent further damage from the border dispute between the two districts.

He mentioned that the federal government should take necessary initiatives to resolve the dispute.
