Nepali Congress Leader Bhishma Raj Angdembe Emphasizes State's Role in Mobile Business Security

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party leader Bhishma Raj Angdembe has emphasized that the state should play a parental role in the security and future of entrepreneurs involved in the mobile business. 

He stated that although the volume of mobile imports has increased recently, the lack of enthusiasm among businessmen and the increasing trend of migration are causes for concern. Leader Angdembe mentioned that the need and indispensability of mobile phones are increasing in every segment of society.

Presenting the latest data, he said that an additional import of approximately 8 billion rupees in the current period compared to the previous year and the import of more than 90,000 mobile phones clarify its growing demand. He stated that mobile technology has become the most reliable and essential medium of today's era for every class, from farmers to laborers. 

He said, 'If friends involved in a business as essential and frequently imported as mobile do not see their future and that of their business as secure, then there is definitely some serious problem. If businessmen lack enthusiasm, how can this sector continue to serve future generations? This is today's main question. The current government has come to power with the support of two-thirds majority based on technology and sentiment. Therefore, the problems of technology and the businessmen connected with it must be on the main agenda of this government.'

He further said, 'Since the state is the guardian, finding a solution for this sector is the primary responsibility of the government. As the leader of the opposition party and a responsible political party, I want to say. If there is any legal difficulty and the state needs to address it, I and my party will stand with you inside the Federal Parliament.'

Leader Angdembe also expressed his commitment to play a constructive role in the parliament to resolve the legal obstacles related to the mobile business. He has also drawn the government's attention to pave the way for solutions by closely observing the problems faced by the businessmen. -News Agency Nepal
