Mahabir Pun's Demand for Separate Science Ministry Fulfilled

Kathmandu. Member of Parliament Mahabir Pun has stated that his long-standing demand has been met. He mentioned that the demand he raised in Parliament 2 days ago and submitted in writing to the Prime Minister three weeks ago has been fulfilled.

He said, "My long-standing demand has been met. You must have seen the video of the demand I raised in Parliament two days ago. You should also see the written demand I submitted to the Prime Minister three weeks ago. Now, I request knowledgeable and patriotic scientists and researchers who have ideas on how to run the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation efficiently to come and discuss. I thank the Government of Nepal very much and wish it long life. I also withdraw the curse I gave to the leaders in a fit of anger."

Pun had demanded the formation of a separate Ministry of Science, Technology, Research, and Innovation to the Prime Minister. The government has formed a separate ministry in accordance with his demand.
