Opposition Disrupts House Meeting Demanding PM's Presence

Kathmandu. The meeting of the House of Representatives on Wednesday was obstructed by opposition parties. 

Their demand is that Prime Minister Balendra Shah should be present in the parliament. 
Meanwhile, while the Speaker was explaining the rules of procedure that the parliament can run even without the Prime Minister, UML MP Guru Baral showed a blank page which was mentioned in the Speaker's point. 

As MP Baral kept showing the blank page with a laugh, laughter spread among the MPs. The Speaker also could not stop laughing.
