President Ram Chandra Paudel Issues Constitutional Council Ordinance

Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Paudel has issued the ordinance related to the Constitutional Council. 

His secretariat informed that the President issued the ordinance after the government re-recommended it on Monday. 

According to the statement from the President's Office, the Constitutional Council (Functions, Duties, Rights and Procedures) (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2083 has been issued in accordance with Article 114 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, on the recommendation of the Government of Nepal, Council of Ministers. 

The other 7 ordinances recommended by the government had already been issued earlier.
