Royal Challengers Bangalore Dominates Delhi Capitals by 9 Wickets in IPL

Kathmandu. Indian Premier League franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) defeated Delhi Capitals (DC) by 9 wickets in a match held on Monday. With this victory, Bangalore has strengthened its position with 12 points from 6 wins in 8 matches.

Sent to bat first after losing the toss, Delhi Capitals could only score 75 runs, losing all wickets in 16.3 overs. For Delhi, Abhishek Porel scored a maximum of 30 runs, while David Miller contributed 19 runs. Josh Hazlewood of RCB bowled a lethal spell, dismantling Delhi's batting lineup. He took 4 crucial wickets for just 12 runs in 3.3 overs. Similarly, Bhuvneshwar Kumar also took 3 wickets for 5 runs in 3 overs.

Chasing a modest target of 76 runs, RCB achieved the target in just 6.3 overs, losing only 1 wicket. For RCB, Devdutt Padikkal remained unbeaten on 34 runs, and Virat Kohli remained unbeaten on 23 runs.
