United National Squatters Front Expresses Concern Over Forced Evictions

Kathmandu. The United National Squatters Front Nepal has expressed serious concern over the government's decision to forcibly displace squatter settlements. On Friday, General Secretary of the Front, Arjun Kunwar, issued a statement expressing the organization's concern regarding the government's actions.

The statement reads, "We are deeply concerned about the state's plan to commit this type of crime against the fundamental rights to food and shelter of families who have been residing there for a long time."
