Armed Police Force Nepal 8th Battalion Dhanusha Celebrates 19th Anniversary

Janakpurdham. The Armed Police Force (APF) Nepal 8th Battalion, Dhanusha, celebrated its 19th anniversary with various programs. The event was held under the chief guestship of Deputy Inspector General of Armed Police Krishna Dhakal, with the presence of Dhanusha's Chief District Officer Prem Prasad Luitel and other distinguished security officials.

On the occasion of the anniversary, the significant achievements of the Armed Police Force since its inception were reviewed. The program highlighted the force's contributions in areas such as disaster management, border security, and maintaining peace and order.

During the event, police personnel who demonstrated outstanding performance within the organization were awarded and honored.

Speaking at the program, Chief Guest Krishna Dhakal noted the vital role the Armed Police Force has played in national security, disaster rescue, and public service, while directing them to work even more effectively in the coming days.

Similarly, Chief District Officer Luitel stated that the role of the Armed Police in managing the district's peace and security is commendable.
