Senior Police Officer in Dhanusha Suspended for Fabricating Audio to Tarnish Force's Reputation

Janakpurdham. The process to suspend Senior Sub-Inspector of Police Sagar Shamsher Jabra, currently serving at the District Police Office, Dhanusha, has been initiated. The Madhesh Province Police Office has launched disciplinary action against him, concluding that he engaged in misconduct aimed at defaming his office head and the police organization.

The Madhesh Province Police Office, Janakpurdham, issued a press release stating that SI Jabra had personally called a businessman to fabricate a story and record an audio clip. He is accused of attempting to tarnish the image of the police organization and its leadership by having this fake audio broadcast through public media outlets.

Following the discovery of such serious actions contrary to police conduct, the process to suspend him in accordance with the Police Regulations 2071 (including amendments) has been moved forward.
