Lumbini Chief Minister Acharya Emphasizes Good Governance and Development on New Year 2083

Butwal. Lumbini Province Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya has stated that the provincial government is prioritizing the promotion of good governance, increased transparency, and corruption control.

In a greeting message issued on Tuesday on the occasion of the New Year 2083, he mentioned that the government is committed to making service delivery accessible, effective, and citizen-friendly in accordance with public expectations.

Chief Minister Acharya informed that various policies, programs, and plans are being implemented for the sustainable development of the province through the effective implementation of rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

According to him, special emphasis has been placed on promoting entrepreneurship based on local resources, means, and production, as well as innovation and job creation. He claimed that significant progress has been made in building a strong, capable, and accountable governance system while institutionalizing the provincial structure that started from scratch.

He stated that the New Year is not just a change in the calendar but an important opportunity to review the past and move forward with a clear direction for the future. Emphasizing the need for coordination between political stability, good governance, and development in the current context, he stated that everyone's cooperation is essential in building an inclusive, just, and prosperous society.

Chief Minister Acharya expressed his belief that the New Year 2083 will provide additional energy to the journey of a prosperous province and a developed Nepal by fostering positive thinking, unity, and a spirit of cooperation.
