NEPSE Revises Trading Schedule Following Government Holiday Announcement

Kathmandu. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has decided to close share trading on Saturdays and Sundays. Following the government's decision to implement a two-day public holiday on Saturdays and Sundays and set office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, NEPSE has adjusted its trading schedule accordingly.

In a notice issued, NEPSE announced that securities trading will operate during the usual hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

Previously, the stock market was open from Sunday to Thursday and remained closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
