Former PM KP Sharma Oli Hospitalized at TU Teaching Hospital for Heart Condition

Kathmandu. It has been reported that CPN-UML Chairman and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is undergoing treatment at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (Teaching Hospital).

 A statement issued by the hospital administration mentioned that he was admitted to the hospital on Saturday after experiencing problems with his heartbeat. 
 Currently, Oli is being treated under the direct supervision of doctors, kept in Bed No. 501 in Annex-1 of the hospital.
Oli, who has undergone a kidney transplant, suffers from health issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid problems, kidney complications, irregular heartbeat, and stones.

 The hospital stated that a team of specialist doctors is currently continuously monitoring and treating his health condition. Oli was arrested on Saturday on criminal charges for allegedly playing a role in suppressing the Genji movement. He was admitted to the hospital immediately afterward.
