Trailer Released for 'Hami Teen Bhai,' a Film Exploring Sibling Conflict Over Inheritance

Kathmandu. The film 'Hami Teen Bhai' (We Three Brothers), directed by Madhusudan Bhattarai, is based on the story of division of property among brothers. The trailer released on Monday evening also attempts to reflect this very story.

Three brothers from a village, Binod Neupane, Kushal Bista, and Phalith Rai, are very close. Their parents passed away, urging the three brothers never to separate. Embracing their parents' words, the three brothers do everything together, whether it's working in the fields or any other task. One brother even complains if he isn't beaten by his elder brother on a particular day. When Binod's brothers, Kushal and Phalith, get married, a rift appears in their relationship. The film's trailer seeks to convey this story.

Director Bhattarai stated that the film will depict the fights among brothers over inheritance that are currently happening in our society. The trailer features the film's main cast including Binod Neupane, Laxmi Bardewa, Kushal Bista, Jhanhvi Basnet, Phalith Rai, Aasma Giri, Rajaram Poudel, Rabindra Jha, among others. Director Bhattarai aims to tell a poignant story in the comedy genre.

The film stars Binod Neupane, Laxmi Bardewa, Kushal Bista, Aasma Giri, Jhanhvi Basnet, Phalith Rai, Rajaram Poudel, Rabindra Jha, Bishnu Sapkotta (Harke Haldar), Bikash Chapagain, Sushma Niroula, Yadav Devkota (Sarape), Anju Hamal, Tara Sharma, Pawan KC, Rama Bista, Biren Shrestha, Sushma Jimba, Khinna Bahadur Bhandari (Bhole), Govinda Prasad Poudel, Bhumika Giri, Tekraj Poudel, Amritman Maharjan, and others.

The film, presented by Sajit Mahat, has its screenplay and dialogues written by Shivam Adhikari. Produced under the banner of Prathidha Cine Arts Pvt. Ltd., the producers are Triratna Shrestha and Manoj Shrestha. Vikram Tamang is the executive producer. Co-producers are Bhaktilal Shrestha, Pratima Thapa Pokhrel, Durga Laxmi Pandey, and special associate Shambhu Kumar KC.

The film was shot by Shiva Dhakal and edited by Banish Shah. The music for the film was composed by Sap Shakti and Babul Giri. Kamal Rai choreographed the dances, and Dev Maharjan directed the action sequences.

The film is set to release on Chaitra 13 and will be distributed by National Cine Group Pvt. Ltd.
