Celebrities to Play in Indoor Celebrity Cricket League

Kathmandu. About a dozen celebrities, from singer Badri Pageni to Rabi Oad, are going to play cricket. Celebrities are going to play cricket in 4 teams in the 'Indoor Celebrity Cricket League' which is being organized as a celebrity cricket festival.< p>

For the competition, 4 teams have been formed: Team Warriors, Team Champions, Team Rangers, and Team Titans. The organizers made the teams public while giving information about the program at a recently held event.< p>

The program was attended by International Event Manager Vikrant Karki, famous novelist Biplav Pratik, famous folk-duet artist Badri Pageni, and famous comedian Sandeep Chhetri.< p>

Cricket festival founder and media person Vivek Khatiwada said that the 'Indoor Celebrity Cricket League' will develop the sportsmanship of artists and players and play an important role in uniting everyone. Sanjeev Upadhyay has done the competitive coordination.< p>

Among the 4 teams participating in the game, one team, Champions, is captained by famous artist Sandeep Chhetri. This team includes Santosh Upadhyay, singer Rabi Oad, Purushottam Mallik, Saurav Sharma (Wicketkeeper), Abhi Niroula (Fast Bowler), Krish Bam, Sonam Pakhrin, Ramesh Chand Sodari, and Tank Timilsina. The second team is captained by popular folk-duet singer Badri Pageni. It includes Pema Lama, Byoma, Kabir Khadka, Mausam Himali, Suresh Neupane, Sanjeev, Suvigyaraj Pandey, Biju Parki, and Mohan Khadka.< p>

The third team is captained by Biplav Pratik. It includes Dilip Okheda, Bharat Karki (Wicketkeeper), Santosh Baniya, Akash Khadka, Jerry Bhandari, Loki Regmi, Lucky Acharya, and Pasang Yonjan Lama.< p>

Similarly, the fourth team is captained by Vikrant Karki. It includes actor Sudhir Shrestha, Saugaat Bist, Saroj Bhandari, Anit Bist, Dipu Karna, Sanjeev Pathak, and Rajesh BC.< p>

The game will be held on Friday, Shrawan 1, at the indoor ground of Cricket Excellence Center.< p>
