High-Profile Officials and Political Leaders to Cast Votes in Federal Parliament Elections Tomorrow, February 21

From the country's most distinguished officials to key political leaders and prominent societal figures, they will be casting their votes tomorrow, February 21, at designated polling stations for the Federal Parliament member elections. They will proceed to the polling centers where their voter registration remains valid, just as in previous elections, to cast their invaluable votes.

Prime Minister Sushila Karki will vote from the polling center at Dhapasi, Tokha Municipality, Kathmandu, informed her press advisor Ram Bahadur Rawal. The Chairman of the National Assembly, Narayan Prasad Dahal, will vote from the Nepal Police School, Shantipura polling center in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-14, Chitwan.

Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa will vote from the Maitidevi Mayur Kund polling center in Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party Chairman Rabi Lamichhane is casting his vote from the Mahankal polling center of the Kathmandu Valley Water Supply Limited in Chuchchepati, Kathmandu. Senior leader of RSP, Balen Shah, is reported to vote from the Annapurna School center in Gainigau, Ward No. 9, Kathmandu Metropolitan City.

Former President Ram Baran Yadav will vote at the BP Koirala Secondary School polling center in Sapahi, Laxminiya Rural Municipality-4, Dhanusha, while former President Bidya Devi Bhandari will vote from the former VDC building polling center in Bhangal, Budhanilkantha Municipality-2, Kathmandu.

Although the polling center for former Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is Asigram Secondary School, Ruwakola, in Ganyapadhura Rural Municipality-1, Dadeldhura, he will not be voting this time as he is currently abroad.

The secretariat of CPN (UML) Chairman and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli stated that he will vote at the Mahendra Shanti Secondary School polling center in Balkot, Suryabinayak Municipality-2, Bhaktapur.

Similarly, CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' will vote from the Nepal Police School, Shantipura polling center in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-14, Chitwan. CPN (Maoist Centre) Co-Chairman and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal will vote from the Ramjanki Kanya Basic School polling center in Rautahat. Senior leader of the same party, Jhalanath Khanal, has his name included in the voter list at the Rastriya Basic School polling center in Ramphok, Suryodaya Municipality-9, Ilam.

Former Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai will vote from the Annapurna Secondary School polling center in Khoplang, Palungtar Municipality, under Gorkha Constituency No. 2. Former Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Khil Raj Regmi, will vote from the Sano Gaucharan Park polling center in Old Baneshwor, Kathmandu.

Likewise, Acting Chief Election Commissioner Ram Prasad Bhandari will vote at the Milan Vidya Mandir polling center in Anamnagar, Kathmandu. Election Commissioner Dr. Janaki Kumari Tuladhar's polling station is at Mahendra Secondary School, Parewadanda, in Sundarbazar Municipality-2, Lamjung, and Commissioner Sagun Shamsher JB Rana will vote from the Faimachuli Dhapasi Nimbi polling center in Tokha Municipality-4. Chief Secretary Suman Raj Aryal will vote from the Lord Light Academy polling center in Gokarneshwor Municipality-6.

Chairman of the Janata Samajbadi Party Nepal, Upendra Yadav, is casting his vote at the Science Building polling center of the Postgraduate Campus in Biratnagar-14, Morang. Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Rajendra Lingden will vote at the Ward Office in Haldibari Rural Municipality-1, Jhapa.

Similarly, Chairman of the Nepal Workers and Peasants Party, Narayan Man Bijukchhe, is voting from the Student Niketan Secondary School, Sakotha polling center in Bhaktapur Municipality-5.

The secretariat of the Chairman of the Ujyalo Nepal Party, Kulman Ghising, stated that he will vote from the Janakalyan Secondary School polling center in Mahankal, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-6. Chairman of the Shram Sanskriti Party, Harkaraj Rai, will vote from the Carmel School, Buddhachowk polling center in Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City-18, Sunsari.

Congress leader Prakash Man Singh will vote at the Nepal Yuba Secondary School, Paknajol; leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala at the Adarsha Secondary School polling center in Biratnagar-7, Morang; senior leader of the CPN (Maoist Centre) Narayan Kaji Shrestha at the Paropakar Adarsha Secondary School 'A' polling center in Jauwari, Siranchowk Rural Municipality-8, Gorkha; CPN (UML) General Secretary Shankar Pokharel at the Janata Sanskrit Secondary School polling center in Bijaura, Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City-18, Dang; and UML Deputy General Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai is voting at the Narayani Secondary School polling center in Maiwakhola Rural Municipality, Taplejung.

Congress Vice-President Bishwa Prakash Sharma will vote at the Kabi Shiromani Secondary School polling center in Mechinagar-9, Jhapa; leader Bimalendra Nidhi at the Shree Rajeshwor Nidhi Secondary School polling center in Nagarain Municipality-2, Dhanusha; leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula at the Kalbalgudi Basic School (A) polling center in Bhadrapur Municipality-10, Jhapa; and UML Senior Leader Ishwar Pokharel will vote from the Dhapasi polling center at the Ward Office, Tokha Municipality-6.

UML leader Surendra Pandey will vote from the Bhandara Hospital polling center in Rapti Municipality-5, Chitwan; leader and former Finance Minister Janardan Sharma of the Pragatisheel Loktantrik Party at the Yamuna Nanda Model Secondary School polling center in Serigaun, Muskot Municipality-5, Rukum West; and CPN (Maoist Centre) leader Barshaman Pun is voting from the Baluday Secondary School, Madichaur polling center in Rolpa Municipality-7.

Similarly, Rastriya Swatantra Party Vice-Chairman DP Aryal will vote at Kathmandu Metropolitan City-16, and Swarnim Wagle will vote from Gorkha Sahid Lakhan Rural Municipality.

Satabdi Purush and former member of the National Human Rights Commission, Gaurishankar Lal Das, will vote from the Sifalchaur polling center in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-7. Former Vice-Chancellor of Tribhuvan University, Kedar Bhakta Mathema, will vote from the Rajghat polling center in Sanepa, Lalitpur Metropolitan City-2.

President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Chandra Prasad Dhakal, will vote from the Vishal Milan Center polling center in Bishalnagar, Kathmandu Metropolitan City; President of the Confederation of Nepalese Industries, Birendra Raj Pandey, from the Krishi Samagri Sansthan polling center in Kuleshwor; and President of the Nepal Chamber of Commerce, Kamlesh Kumar Agrawal, from the Padma Kanya Secondary School, Dillibazar polling center in Kathmandu.

Actor Rajesh Hamal will vote at the Jananath Smriti Secondary School center in Lainchaur; actress Karishma Manandhar at the Ward Office center of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-3 in Maharajgunj; and actor Bhuwan KC will vote from the Guheshwori Secondary School center in Kathmandu Constituency No. 2.
