Vice President Ram Sahay Prasad Yadav Returns to Nepal After Three-Day Visit to Qatar

Kathmandu. Vice President Ram Sahay Prasad Yadav has returned to the country on Thursday after completing a three-day official visit to Qatar. He had left for Qatar on Tuesday to express condolences on behalf of the Government of Nepal on the demise of former Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani. He was welcomed at the VVIP lounge of Tribhuvan International Airport by Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal. On the occasion, Foreign Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai, Qatar's Ambassador to Nepal Mishal Mohammed Ali Al Ansari, and other high-ranking officials were also present. During the visit, Yadav had a courtesy call on the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on Wednesday.
