Weather Forecast Indicates Partial Cloudiness in Parts of Nepal

Kathmandu. The Department of Meteorology has stated that Western winds and local winds currently have a partial influence over Nepal. Due to this effect, there is partial cloud cover in the hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, while the weather remains mostly clear in the remaining areas.

This afternoon, fog will persist in some parts of the Terai region during the morning. The hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi Province will generally experience cloud cover.

The hilly and Himalayan regions of Bagmati and Gandaki provinces will have partial cloud cover, and the weather will remain mostly clear in the rest of the areas. There is a possibility of light rain with thunderstorms in one or two places in the hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi Province.

Tonight, haze will remain in a few places in the Terai region. The department stated that there will be partial cloud cover in the hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces, and the weather will remain mostly clear in the remaining areas.
