Vice President Yadav Pays Courtesy Call on Qatar's Amir

Doha. Vice President Ramsahay Prasad Yadav and Qatar's Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani held a courtesy meeting at Lusail Palace in Doha on Wednesday. 

Vice President Yadav is on a visit to Qatar to express condolences and sympathy from the Government of Nepal and the Nepali people over the untimely demise of Qatar's former Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

During the meeting, Vice President Yadav expressed heartfelt condolences to the Qatari Amir, the royal family, and the friendly Qatari people, wishing them strength to bear this irreparable loss. On this occasion, he handed over a letter of condolence and sympathy from President Ram Chandra Paudel to Qatar's Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

Members of the Nepali delegation and high-ranking Qatari officials were also present during the meeting.
