Kathmandu Finalizes 320 Polling Stations and 817 Centers for Upcoming House of Representatives Election

Kathmandu. The District Election Office, Kathmandu, has announced that 320 polling stations and 817 polling centers have been established in Kathmandu, which has the highest number of 10 constituencies for the House of Representatives election scheduled for this Falgun 21.

Srijana Rayamajhi, Information Officer at the District Election Office, Kathmandu, informed that there are a total of 710,708 voters across the ten constituencies, comprising 364,000 women, 346,116 men, and seven others.

Kathmandu Constituency No. 1 has 22 polling stations and 57 polling centers. There are a total of 48,849 voters here, consisting of 25,252 women and 23,237 men.

She further stated that Constituency No. 2 of Kathmandu has 40 polling stations and 100 polling centers. This constituency has a total of 88,708 voters, with 45,315 male voters and 43,393 female voters.

Constituency No. 3 of Kathmandu has 29 polling stations and 72 polling centers. There are a total of 64,479 voters here, with 32,923 female voters and 31,556 male voters.

Constituency No. 4 of Kathmandu has 33 polling stations and 88 polling centers. There are 76,141 voters here, consisting of 39,599 women and 36,542 men.

Constituency No. 5 of Kathmandu has 31 polling stations and 90 polling centers. The total number of voters here is 78,114, comprising 40,832 women, 37,278 men, and four others.

Constituency No. 6 of Kathmandu has 32 polling stations and 79 polling centers. The total number of voters here is 67,759, consisting of 34,956 women, 32,802 men, and one other.

Constituency No. 7 of Kathmandu has 29 polling stations and 78 polling centers. There are a total of 67,411 voters here, with 34,738 women and 32,673 men.

Constituency No. 8 of Kathmandu has 23 polling stations and 65 polling centers. There are a total of 57,811 voters here, consisting of 29,898 women and 27,913 men.

Constituency No. 9 of Kathmandu has 34 polling stations and 90 polling centers. There are a total of 78,495 voters here, consisting of 40,278 women and 38,217 men.

Constituency No. 10 of Kathmandu has 47 polling stations and 98 polling centers. The total number of voters here is 83,301, consisting of 42,716 women, 40,583 men, and two others.
