Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Expresses Concern Over Escalating Middle East Tensions

Kathmandu. Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Rajendra Lingden has expressed concern over the latest tense situation developing in the Middle East. Chairman Lingden voiced his concern via the social media platform Facebook on Saturday.

He stated that the safety of Nepalis residing in that region is the primary concern and urged the Government of Nepal to exercise high vigilance, considering the sensitivity surrounding the security of Nepalis in the tense areas.

Furthermore, he urged for continuous monitoring of the situation of Nepalis, immediate assistance, safe management, and prompt arrangements for those wishing to return to Nepal.

He stated: 'I urge the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Nepali embassies and missions in the concerned countries to continuously monitor the status of Nepalis and make immediate arrangements for prompt assistance, safe management, and repatriation for those who wish to return to Nepal.'

He also made a heartfelt appeal to everyone to remain safe and maintain security awareness, keeping the adverse circumstances in mind.
