Iran Reportedly Possesses Thousands of Missiles and Drones Capable of Striking Most of the Middle East

Tehran. Iran is claimed to possess thousands of missiles and drones capable of striking most parts of the Middle East.

According to previously published military analyses, Iran's weapons system has the capability to cover extensive distances across the region.

Missiles launched from Iran, covering various ranges, are seen to have a reach that can affect the Gulf region, the Levant, parts of North Africa, and even South Asia. Analysts suggest that Iran has developed a large stockpile of short-range, medium-range, and long-range ballistic missiles. 

Along with this, Iran is considered to have made significant progress in its attack drone (UAV) capabilities. These drones are said to be usable for surveillance, target identification, and direct attacks.

Amid rising regional tensions, the international community has expressed concern that such military capability by Iran will greatly influence the security balance in the Middle East.

However, analysts state that it is difficult to independently verify the exact numbers and full capabilities.
