RSP Leader Balen Shah Hails Magar Community's Historic Role in Building Equitable Society

Kathmandu. Senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Balen Shah, stated that the role played by the Magar community in building a just and egalitarian society is historically unparalleled and respectable.

He made these remarks on Friday while extending greetings on the occasion of National Magar Day. Leader Shah also mentioned that Magar Day is remembered as a day joyously celebrated by the Magar community scattered across the globe.

Shah further stated that the community is exemplary in its vigilance and commitment to preserving its unique culture, traditions, arts, attire, and its ethnic identity and originality.

He said: 'On this special day, I extend best wishes for happiness, peace, and prosperity, and heartfelt wishes for unity to everyone in the Magar community, which is rich in its own unique culture, traditions, arts, and attire, and is exemplary in its vigilance and commitment to preserving its ethnic identity and originality.'

He also stated that the contribution made by the Magar community, which played a significant role in the campaign for the unification of Nepal, in introducing Nepali identity to the world through its bravery, and its role in the political and social transformation of Nepal up to the present day, is invaluable and respectable.
