Lahan –A teenager has died from snakebite at Bhokraha area of Kalyanpur municipality – 6.
16 – year – old Amida Khatun, daughter of Tatara Miyan, was strolling on the Kamala riverbank when the incident occurred, according to Kalyanpur municipality – 6 Ward Chairman Motibul Raeen.
Raeen added that villagers had tried to rush her to a hospital but could not find an ambulance on time. The teenager succumbed to the snake's venom due to lack of treatment on time.
