CPN (US) to run nationwide awareness campaign

Kathmandu, January 1 — The CPN (Unified Socialist) has discussed launching a nationwide awareness campaign in the upcoming month of Magh.

The meeting of party officials, chaired by Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal, who is also the coordinator of the campaign, focused on preparing for the nationwide awareness campaign scheduled for Magh.

The Unified Socialist has announced that the campaign will be aimed at the upcoming elections. The party, which has declared its intention to contest the elections without alliance, also emphasized expanding its organization alongside the campaign.

"During Tuesday's meeting, we discussed how to prepare for the campaign," said Deputy General Secretary Ram Kumar Bhattarai. "The discussion focused on running the awareness campaign across the country in Magh. A follow-up meeting will be held to finalize the program and details."

During the campaign, the party plans to address key issues such as promoting domestic industries, controlling inflation and corruption, and advancing employment and good governance.
