IME Customer Wins Tata Tiago EV in 'S Money Transfer' Lucky Draw

Kathmandu. A service recipient from Dolakha, Badri Lama, won a Tata Tiago EV car through IME's 'S Money Transfer' service from Portugal.

At a program held in Kathmandu, Hemraj Dhakal, Chairman of IME Limited, handed over the Tata Tiago EV car to Lama's mother, Narmaya Tamang, on behalf of the lucky winner. Chairman Dhakal congratulated the car winner and expressed gratitude for the trust customers have shown in IME.

Chairman Dhakal also mentioned that sending money earned through hard work abroad through formal channels is having a positive impact on families, society, and the economy. On the occasion, Diwakar Paudel, Chief Executive Officer of IME Limited, stated that the number of youths who are not only earning wealth through labor markets abroad but are also returning home to transfer skills and experience to become entrepreneurs is increasing.

Service recipients who sent money home via 'S Money Transfer' from abroad were included in this lucky draw under the 'S Money Transfer Has News, Only Happiness' campaign, which ran from last Kartik to Magh. Under this same campaign, two lucky service recipients have already received iPhone 16s.

IME has been operating various campaigns and partnerships with the objective of encouraging the sending of money earned abroad through formal channels since the past.
