Israeli Occupation Forces Storm West Bank Towns, Detaining 4 Palestinians
The Israeli occupation forces continued their incursions into Palestinian towns in the occupied West Bank on Sunday, arresting four Palestinians.
According to local sources, the Israeli forces detained three Palestinians in the northern Jordan Valley following direct incitement by settlers.
Moreover, the Israeli forces stormed the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, and detained a local after raiding a shop and carrying out land razing operations in the Al Qarn area, for the purpose of expanding a settler road.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces carried out a wide-scale raid and search campaign in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, assaulting several residents and subjecting others to detention and field interrogation.
In a related development and following the storming of the town of Beita, south of Nablus, confrontations erupted between locals and the Israeli forces, during which the forces fired live ammunition and tear gas canisters, with no injuries reported.
Local sources said that the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al Yamoun, west of Jenin, with several military vehicles, obstructing the movement of Palestinians, with no detentions reported.
Furthermore, Israeli forces stormed the village of Aboud, northwest of Ramallah, and deployed in several areas across the village.
