Advance Booking Opens for Nepali Film 'Mohar'

The much-anticipated Nepali film Mohar has begun advance bookings across major multiplexes in Nepal. Produced by Chumban Jung Shahi under Film Makers Pvt. Ltd., the movie started ticket sales in some theaters on Tuesday, while others opened bookings from Wednesday 15.

Wide Theater Allocation with Strong Show Counts

Mohar has secured an impressive number of screenings nationwide, including:

• Kathmandu Valley: 4 shows at Elite Cinema (Itahari), 2 shows at Big Moviz, 3 shows each at INOX Cinemas (Lazimpat & Baneshwor), and 4 shows at One Cinemas (New Baneshwor) 15.

• Outside Valley: 3 shows at QFX Pokhara, 2 at QFX Bhaktapur, and 1–4 shows in Biratnagar, Butwal, Damak, and other cities 15.
  Additional multiplexes are expected to announce screenings soon.

Creative Team and Socially Relevant Plot

Directed and written by Om Pratik, Mohar features a star-studded cast including Pal Shah, Neeti Shah, Benisha Hamal, and Arjun Jung Shahi. The film tackles the sensitive issue of the Deuki tradition (ritual offering of girls to temples), with its trailer and music already garnering public attention 15.

With strong pre-release buzz and wide theater coverage, Mohar is poised for a promising box office opening.
