Western low-pressure system causes partial cloudiness across Nepal

Kathmandu, January 17 — The Meteorological Forecasting Division has stated that a western low-pressure system is currently having a partial effect on the country. This is causing the weather to be partially to generally cloudy across the nation.

Koshi Province – There is a possibility of partial cloudiness in the afternoon, with clear weather expected in the evening.

Madhes Province – Partial cloudiness is expected in the Terai region during the afternoon, with clear weather at night.

Bagmati Province – The weather is likely to be partially cloudy in the afternoon, with clear weather at night.

Gandaki Province – The weather in the Himalayan region is expected to be mostly clear in the afternoon, with clear skies also expected in the hilly and Terai regions. Clear weather will continue in these areas at night.

Lumbini Province – The weather in the hilly and Terai regions is expected to be mostly clear in the afternoon and at night.

Karnali Province – The Himalayan and hilly regions are expected to have mostly clear weather in the afternoon. However, partial cloudiness is possible at night in these areas.

Sudurpashchim Province – The weather is expected to be mostly clear in the Himalayan, hilly, and Terai regions in the afternoon. There may be partial cloudiness in the Himalayan and hilly areas at night.
