Westerlies affecting Nepal, partial cloudiness expected in several regions

Kathmandu, December 20 — The Meteorological Forecasting Division has reported that the country is currently under the general influence of western winds.

As a result, partial cloudiness is likely in the hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Sudurpashchim provinces today.

However, the weather in the Terai regions will mostly remain clear.

In Gandaki province, there is a possibility of partial cloud cover in the mountainous areas at night, with light snowfall expected at one or two locations.

The hilly regions are expected to experience partial cloudiness, while the Terai will remain mostly clear.
