US-Iran Tensions Escalate with Missile Attacks

Kathmandu. Tensions between America and Iran have reached their peak. War has intensified in the Middle East after Iran launched a series of missile and drone attacks in Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait. 

Following this attack by Iran, US President Donald Trump has warned of launching the 'most severe attack ever' on Iran.

Iran's Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) has also released a video showing missile strikes targeting US military bases in Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman. In particular, Iran has carried out a deadly drone attack on the Al-Abdali crossing on the border of Kuwait and Iraq. 

According to Kuwait's Ministry of Defense, there was physical damage from the attack, but no human casualties. This region has recently become a major 'flashpoint' for war, with repeated attacks occurring here previously.

US President Trump, speaking to the media, commented that Iran has not yet suffered 'enough pain'. He said, 'I am contemplating a major attack on Iran, which will be the most severe in history. I am very close to a decision.' Trump hinted that Israel might also participate in this attack, but claimed that America alone is capable of retaliating.

Meanwhile, keeping in mind the increasing risk of war, the US State Department has issued a travel advisory for its citizens in the Middle East to be prepared for emergencies, as flights may be canceled.
